- EXTENSIONS: We would love for you to stay longer! Please ask reservation staff if your lot is available to extend as soon as possible. Extensions will be subject to availability at the time of request.
- REFUND POLICY: Early Departures: if you must depart early, please note, there are no refunds or credits for early departure. Riverlandings Motor Coach Resort offers an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds for inclement weather.
- SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH, Please drive carefully
- QUIET TIME: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
- SITE OCCUPANCY: Only one (1) Motorcoach is allowed per site
- VISITORS: All visitors must check in with the Welcome Center and obtain a parking permit upon arrival. All visitors must depart by 10:00 pm
- TRASH Pick-Up: Curbside trash pick-up hours are from 8:00am to 10:00am. Place your securely closed trash bags curbside in the morning. Please do not leave trash bags out overnight. Place dog waste bags inside of your trash bag at your site. Dog waste bags cannot be left on the ground anywhere in the resort. We ask that garbage or trash receptacles not be placed outside of your Motorcoach outside of the normal trash pick-up time.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: located in the clubhouse, free of charge.
- PETS: All pets are required to be on a leash (six-foot maximum length) and supervised when outside your motorcoach. Pet waste bags must be placed inside of your trash bag at your site. Please do not leave them on the ground anywhere in the resort. Pets are not allowed in any common buildings, bathrooms, pool, or office areas.
- MAIL SERVICE: Mail service is available for guests. Please notify Welcome Center staff if you are expecting mail or packages. USPS will deliver to the Welcome Center. All other deliveries (Fed Ex, UPS, Amazon) will be delivered to your lot, please provide lot # when ordering online.
- SWIMMING POOL: No Lifeguard on Duty. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. Street clothing (such as shorts, cut offs, t-shirts or similar clothing) is not allowed, proper swim suits are required. Inflatable tubes or other inflatable floating objects are NOT allowed in the pool. PLEASE, no glass in pool area or around the deck.
- JACK PADS: Jack pads must be used under all jacks.
- DISPOSAL OF WASTEWATER: Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from Motor Coaches (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains.
- CAMPFIRES, FIREWORKS & FREARMS ARE NOT PERMITED.
- TENTS AND FREE-STANDING AWNINGS ARE NOT PERMITED
- CLOTHESLINES ARE NOT PERMITED
- ANTENNAS: No outside antennas or any other type of electronic device for the transmission or reception of electronic signals shall be allowed unless commercially manufactured and installed as part of a motorcoach.
- SOLICITATION: Solicitation is prohibited within the resort. “For Sale” or “For Rent” signs may not be displayed while in the resort.
- RECREATIONAL VEHICLES: No battery-operated vehicles other than a golf cart shall be driven in the resort.
- VEHICLE REPAIRS: Vehicle and RV repairs are NOT permitted in the Resort. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide needed services.
- RV/AUTO WASHING: Only Mobile detail providers are permitted to wash RV’s within the Resort. Please check with our Welcome Center staff for references.
Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund if they violate these rules & regulations or any federal, state or local laws. RiverLandings Motorcoach Resort is not responsible for any damages due to wind, fire, or any other act of god, and assumes no responsibility for damage to a guest’s property while at the resort.
