Motorcoach Restrictions: Class A motorhome only, at least 30′ in length and no older than 10 years. No toyhaulers.
4 Person Maximum, regardless of age.
2 Pet Maximum on most sites. Some private cottages do not allow pets, review individual property details.
Rates: Rates based on double occupancy. Each additional person, regardless of age, is $10 per day. 10% Tax added during payment processing. Rates subject to change at any time.
Deposit: 50% deposit due at time of booking. Deposit is 50% of reservation total. Balance due upon arrival.
Site Changes: Sites are reserved but not guaranteed. Sites are privately owned and subject to sale or removal from the rental program. You will be informed if site becomes unavailable. All attempts will be made to move reservation to comparable site.
Short Term Rentals: Reservations less than 2 weeks may require site # change (prior to arrival) to accommodate long-term reservations of 1 month or more. This is done to prevent a lot of moving from site to site after a guest arrives.
Rental of Cottages that are listed for sale: We ask that you agree to allow Riverlandings sales staff to show the property to a potential buyer at an agreed upon time and date with 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation is ‘locked in’ 30 calendar days from arrival. If the reservation is cancelled for any reason, 30 days or less from the arrival date, 50% deposit is forfeit.
Refund Policy:
Early Departures: We hate to see you leave early but if you must depart early, please note, there are no refunds or credits for early departure.
Weather: Riverlandings Motorcoach Resort offers an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds for inclement weather. A prorated refund will be given in the case of a named hurricane threatening our area.
Smoking Policy: All common areas and rental cottages are non-smoking.
